Senior Full-Stack Developer — R&D, Voice AI, AI Applications
Senior Full-Stack TypeScript Developer — AI Products
2 contractors needed
Location: Croatia
Our client builds AI products for enterprise customer experience: Yappling, a real-time voice agent platform; Scribe, a quality-assurance and analytics platform for contact centres; and Mia, an AI sales and pre-sales assistant.
We’re looking for two senior developers to join our R&D team. You’ll own changes from design through implementation, testing, deployment readiness, and ongoing improvement, working closely with a small team building and operating production software.
What you’ll work on
One opening will initially focus on Yappling: real-time voice interactions, telephony integrations, system resilience, and evaluation tools that help us measure and improve voice-agent quality.
The second will initially focus on Scribe: customer-facing features, AI processing workflows, integrations, analytics, and secure access to customer data. Work may also extend to Mia as its development priorities evolve.
Both roles contribute across products as team priorities change.
What you’ll bring
At least five years of experience building and shipping production software.
Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, with experience delivering full-stack applications.
Practical experience with PostgreSQL, backend frameworks, automated testing, and production troubleshooting.
A track record of owning features or product areas beyond their initial release.
Daily experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code or an equivalent, including reviewing and validating their output.
Strong English communication and the ability to work independently.
How we work
Our shared stack includes TypeScript, NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, React, Docker, and automated testing. We integrate existing AI models into production applications.
AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow, from planning and implementation to review and documentation. Developers remain accountable for the quality and behaviour of everything they deliver.
