We’re Looking For

.NET & C# Expertise

• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core

• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and REST APIs

• Understanding of object-oriented design and security best practices

Databases

• Experience with RDBMS like SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

• Ability to write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures

Testing

• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks

• Strong understanding of test-driven or quality-focused development

Version Control & Tools

• Experience with Git (branching, merging, pull requests)

• Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, or Gulp

Core Fundamentals

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and SDLC

Design & Development

• Understand business and product requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications

• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Implementation & Testing

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality

• Identify and fix bugs early in the development process

Deployment & Operations

• Support deployment to integration and production environments

• Follow best practices for code merging, builds, and releases

• Work with DevOps tools for monitoring, logging, and scaling applications

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with developers, architects, and product teams

• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly

• Keep project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, YouTrack) updated

Continuous Learning & Growth
