Summary
As a Designer for FindLaw Digital Solutions, you will work closely with Project Managers, Digital Strategists, Designers, and other marketing experts to create English and Spanish mobile-first website designs for our small- and mid-sized law firm clients in the US.

About the Role
As a Designer for FindLaw Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for:
Customer Consultation
Work directly with clients, providing project recommendations and constructive feedback.
Conduct virtual consultations to gather information, align expectations, and guide project goals.
Present designs and explain the “why” behind site elements, layouts, mobile UX, and site performance.
Partnership
Collaborate with team members, internal stakeholders, and overseas employees to create websites, blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Share key information with Designers and Developers to produce high-quality designs that meet current standards.
Delegate design responsibilities as needed, trusting partners to complete revisions and tasks.
Project Management
Manage workflow, timelines, and design delivery, ensuring client approval and satisfaction.
Complete projects on time and within budget.
Organize and prioritize multiple projects at various stages, adapting to business needs.
Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with clients and team members.
About You
Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of web design experience, with a portfolio showing mobile-first design work and robust web components.
Proficiency in WordPress (Divi, Elementor, or other WYSIWYG editors) and plugins.
Ability to create and modify CSS and make minor front-end adjustments.
Understanding of UX, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
Experience with website maintenance: adding content, editing text and graphics, managing custom assets/plugins.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site issues according to quality standards.
Experience using AI tools for web design is a plus.
Software
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
WordPress (Divi, Elementor)
Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams)
Basic CSS and JavaScript knowledge
Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike
Education
B.A./B.S. preferred, with at least 3 years of experience as a Web Designer/Developer.
Portfolio submission required, showing web design skills, creativity, and mobile-first work.
