Recruitment - IT Talent (LATAM)
We are seeking a Recruiter to lead our IT recruitment efforts in LATAM.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone with proven experience managing multiple IT hiring pipelines at the same time.

Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and hire IT professionals (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) across LATAM.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Provide insights into local salary benchmarks, labor laws, and IT hiring trends.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into client teams.
- Represent Tight Line in the region and support business development when needed.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally focused on IT/technology.
- Previous experience in a management, HR, or operational support role is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Knowledge of local employment practices, payroll, and compliance is an advantage.
