What You’ll Do:
- Innovate and Build: Develop and enhance new applications, focusing on features that directly improve patient experiences and outcomes.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, design, and data science teams to brainstorm ideas, prototype solutions, and refine features.
- Champion Best Practices: Review PRs, propose emerging technologies, and guide the team in balancing maintainability, performance, and functionality.
- Lead and Mentor: Share your knowledge and passion with peers, helping them grow and adopt efficient, scalable coding practices.
- Shape the Future: Contribute to our codebase enthusiastically and take ownership of projects that have a real impact on healthcare.

Experience you need to have:
- C#
- .NET Framework
- .NET Core
- Front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- SQL
- Git
- Unit Testing
- RESTful web services
- Messaging & queuing
Nice to have:
- Experience as a Software Engineer in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Experienced in navigating HIPAA requirements and ePHI
- Knowledge of various architectural approaches, such as microservices
- Docker / Containerization
- GitLab
- PostgreSQL
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Computer-related subject area or related business field and six (6) or more years’ experience in information technology and solution delivery, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in similar fields, is required, with experience working with a SaaS-based solution delivery organization (preferred).
