UX/UI Designer
Working hours: flexible (overlap with the team meeting around 1:30 PM EST is required)

We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) with 5+ years of experience designing website solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is part of a key initiative to design user-centric website themes for the health vertical, ensuring they are flexible, conversion-optimized, and meet the highest standards of usability.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with product, business, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver
exceptional user experiences for our MVP launch.
● Design scalable websites for health verticals, focusing on conversion, ADA compliance, and best practices.
● Work in Figma and our rebuilt platform to craft and refine user-centric designs.
● Create flexible website themes that are adaptable to various areas of practice.
● Defend your design decisions with evidence and rationale, demonstrating your user-centered thought process.
● Understand and apply the UX process, working independently to achieve high-impact results.
● Conduct or leverage user research and/or test assumptions to validate designs.
● Present creative work to leadership, stakeholders, and end-users, incorporating feedback to refine and optimize designs.
Experience and Skills required:
● Minimum 5 years of experience designing complex systems or design solutions.
● Proven expertise in creating scalable, conversion-focused websites.
● Experience working on complex campaigns with a focus on delivering measurable results.
● Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions effectively.
