We are currently looking for an Human Resource Coordinator to join our Global Recruiting team. As an HR Coordinator, you will coordinate efficient and effective global team member hiring programs.Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination of capacity fulfillment with Group Leader(s), recruiting teams, vendors, partners, and others
• Ensure job specifications are outlined and communicated appropriately to vendors and partners
• Monitor hiring progress and ensure a steady flow of candidates
• Make recommendations and implement changes to job specification and hiring process
• Interpret needs from Team Leaders into actionable sourcing next steps, including identifying options for filling needs
• Interface with Finance for promotions and pay adjustments for vendor resources and invoice processing
• Track progress on hiring in various international markets proactively identify gaps
• Maintain global team rosters updating payroll and Staff Management Platform for Group Leaders and HRBPs
• Use tools that are currently in place to collect signatures for monthly invoice approvals for vendors that provide contractors to Global Recruiting.
